From rail yard to skyline.

The Gulch is Nashville’s most dramatic reinvention.

The neighborhood takes its name from the natural valley where the Louisville & Nashville Railroad once ran its rail yards, freight depots, and warehouses. After decades of quiet, revitalization took hold in the early 2000s.

In 2006 The Gulch was designated Nashville’s first LEED-certified green neighborhood, and it has since grown into a polished district of residential towers, boutique hotels, offices, and restored brick-and-beam buildings.

For buyers who want a lock-and-leave lifestyle, a pied-à-terre, or a walkable life in the center of the city, The Gulch offers full-service condominium living with downtown, Music Row, and Midtown close at hand.
